I just have to trust that God is smarter than I am. (I sure hope so!)

Sometimes I wonder why some people get upset with the thought that people they don't believe should go to Heaven might. Like it makes them angry instead of the opposite like you would assume. Almost like it invalidates all the hard "work" they've done to deserve Heaven!

My only concern with that idea is that it might make us sit on our laurels too much and hope that instead of reaching people like we should, we pretend that God has it all taken care of and not say/do anything.

I might be surprised to see who makes it to Heaven but I'll tell you one thing, I won't be angry!

By the way, I view your blog in my Google reader so I just noticed the updated look. I like it! Very simple and clean.

That's a good idea, Kevin! The only reason I scan them is I can get better image quality then with my iPhone camera. I'm a bit particular, I guess. My quirks aside, that's a great tip and I'll be sure to update the post later with your tip.

I was reading this post and I think its a great idea, but why don't you use the iphone's camera instead of a scanner? When you get the card, you can take a quick picture of it and then when you sync your phone can add them to the album you create.

James,

Thanks for sharing! Awesome Note is a solid app and great with organization and productivity. When I had my original iPhone, I used it quite frequently, but transitioned away as I tried different apps. I'm a bit of a app-junkie. :)

It's exciting to hear from others using tech in the ministry. Thanks again for sharing!

Hey GP!

First, stumbled upon your blog about a month ago and love it. I'm the middle school director at my church but also are the go to guy for all tech related things.

A few months ago, I got fed up using the extremely limited iphone note app and random todo apps and sought out one which could do both.

I landed with Awesome Note. It's currently $4 and well worth it for me. I'm now able to keep track of my todo's as well as notes and ideas for all my projects in the same place.

They all get organized into folders and as a bonus, the layout looks fantastic. I also loved the ability to sync with google docs and the calendar view.

Anyway just thought I'd drop my $0.02.

Keep up the great work!
